The Terence G. Klingele Foundation is grateful for your support. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of donors to carry out our mission. Because donations are immediately put to work to support our programs, all contributions are considered final and non-refundable.

 

We understand that mistakes can happen. If you believe an error has occurred in your donation (such as an incorrect amount, duplicate transaction, or other technical issue), please contact us

within 7 days of your gift at info@tgklingele.org. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, work with our payment processor to issue a correction or refund.

 

This policy applies to both U.S. and international donations. Refunds, when granted, will be made in the original currency and payment method used at the time of donation. Please note that international donors may experience exchange rate fluctuations and/or bank fees, which are beyond our control.
