Hawa Kippilili
Founding Member · Youth Mentor
Hawa is an accomplished Tanzanian educator and leader with experience in both international and local schools. With a background in research and social project evaluation, she brings depth and insight to her work.
A passionate community developer and dedicated youth mentor, Hawa is committed to empowering adolescent girls and boys to foster positive social change.
Through her leadership in education, mentorship and advocacy programs, she works to build girls' agency, amplify youth voices, foster innovation, and create sustainable, lasting change.

Oggu Nanyaro
Founding Member · Director of Policy
Oggu is a passionate Tanzanian development professional dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children and families. With over five years of experience in social welfare and community development, he brings expertise in family strengthening, child protection, adolescent health, partnership building and advocacy.
Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Dar es Salaam, Oggu has led training programs, coordinated community initiatives, and developed toolkits that empower local organizations and leaders.
Fluent in Swahili and English, he is dedicated to equipping communities with knowledge, tools and resources that drive long-term growth.



Sylvester Sulle
Treasurer · Director of Programs
Silvester Anthony Sulle is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy. As Treasurer of The Terence G. Klingele Foundation, he oversees financial management, ensuring transparency, accountability, and the responsible use of resources to support the organizations mission.

With extensive experience in financial planning, reporting, and compliance, as well as a depth of knowledge in sustainable farming practices. Silvester plays a vital role in safeguarding the Foundation's fiscal integrity and enabling effective program delivery.
He is deeply committed to applying his expertise in finance and farming to advance community development and support meaningful impact where it matters most.
Elizabeth Klingele
President · Executive Director
Elizabeth is the founder and visionary behind the Terence G. Klingele Foundation, inspired by her parents' lifelong commitment to service and philanthropy. Growing up in Southern Illinois, she witnessed her mother's dedication to volunteer work and her father's support for education, including the scholarship he established in her mother's memory.

Building on that legacy, Elizabeth founded the Terence G. Klingele Foundation to honor her family's tradition of giving back and to expand educational opportunities for young people.
With a deep belief in the power of education and community, she is committed to fostering opportunities that uplift the next generation and carry forward her family's spirit of service.
